Acceptance

By signing in, continuing as a guest, or otherwise using Stedholm, you agree to these Terms and to the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

You must be at least 16 years old to use Stedholm. If you are under 16, you may use it only with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian.

If you downloaded Stedholm from the App Store, Apple’s Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies. If these Terms conflict with it, Apple’s agreement prevails.

Using Stedholm

Stedholm provides optional practice tools: voice training, hand training (tapping practice, tracing big shapes, and a still-hold quick check), movement training, progress summaries, and an optional medication nickname list (stored on the device for guests; can sync when you are signed in).

You agree to use the app only for lawful personal purposes and not to misuse sensors, accounts, or exported data in ways that harm others or violate applicable law.

Not medical advice

Stedholm is a wellness and rehabilitation training aid. It does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent Parkinson’s disease or any other condition.

Scores, trends, reports, and reminders are for personal reference only and do not replace advice from a doctor, physical therapist, speech therapist, or other qualified professional. Seek professional care for medical decisions. Stop any exercise that causes pain, dizziness, or unsafe conditions.

Accounts and data

You may use Stedholm with Apple Sign-In, Google Sign-In, or as a guest. You are responsible for activity under your signed-in account.

You may export or delete certain data in the app. Deleting your account deletes the associated cloud data we control, subject to technical and legal limits. Guest data and data stored only on your device remain on your device until you delete them in the app or remove the app.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the developer provides Stedholm “as is” without warranties of uninterrupted or error-free operation.

The developer is not liable for injuries, losses, or damages arising from reliance on training scores, missed medication reminders, exercise attempts, or inability to access the app, except where liability cannot be limited by law.

Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have under the mandatory consumer protection laws of the country where you live.

Changes

We may update these Terms as the app evolves, and the “Last updated” date will change when we do. We will announce material changes in the app or at stedholm.com. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.

您仅可将本应用用于合法的个人用途，不得滥用传感器、账号或导出数据，以免损害他人或违反适用法律。

非医疗建议

Stedholm 是健康与康复训练辅助工具，不能诊断、治疗、治愈或预防帕金森病或其他疾病。

分数、趋势、报告与提醒仅供个人参考，不能替代医生、物理治疗师、语言治疗师或其他合格专业人员的建议。医疗决策请咨询专业人士。若出现疼痛、眩晕或不安全情况，请立即停止相关练习。

账号与数据

您可通过 Apple 登录、Google 登录或游客模式使用 Stedholm。您应对登录账号下的活动负责。

您可在应用内导出或删除部分数据。删除账号将删除我们控制的相关云端数据（受技术与法律限制）。游客数据与仅存本机的数据会保留在您的设备上，直至您在应用内删除或卸载应用。

责任限制

在法律允许的最大范围内，开发者以「现状」提供 Stedholm，不作不间断或无错误运行的保证。

除法律不可排除的责任外，开发者不对因依赖训练分数、错过用药提醒、进行练习或无法使用应用而导致的伤害、损失或损害承担责任。

本条款不限制您依据所在国家或地区强制适用的消费者保护法律享有的任何权利。

条款变更

我们可能随应用演进更新本条款，并相应更新「最后更新」日期。重大变更将在应用内或 stedholm.com 上公告。更新后继续使用即表示您接受修订后的条款。
